It generally needs to be implemented within a certain coverage range through specially planned wireless communication frequencies and dedicated intercom carrier tools. It has the characteristics of specialization and regionality. The PTT cluster system implemented by our company using various wireless access technologies (GPRS/CDMA 1x/EVDO/WCDMA/LTE/WiFi) reflects the difference from the above-mentioned traditional intercoms. It can realize flexible intercoms within a larger range covered by mobile communication networks, which is an extension and supplement to the functions of traditional cluster communication products.

The PTT cluster system provides different types of solutions such as voice intercom, personnel positioning, video intercom, picture short messages, patrol attendance, etc. The management platform is a B/S architecture mode, supports two login methods, web page and APP, and can create accounts with different access and operation permissions for flexible dispatch management. It supports access to multiple network modes, realizes the multi-faceted integration of multiple terminals such as intercoms, law enforcement instruments, mobile phones, cameras, and computer terminals and platforms, and is suitable for a multi-level visual command and dispatch system, which can meet both daily and emergency command and dispatch needs.

Switch Server

The switching server of the PTT cluster system is the main part of the system, responsible for user authentication, group management, online status, session control, voice exchange and other functions; the switching server supports distributed architecture and multi-center parallel processing, and increases the concurrent capacity of users by adding switching server nodes.

System management platform

The management platform of the PTT cluster system is accessed and managed via the WEB, and mainly includes three levels of platforms: agent platform, enterprise platform and department platform.

Client Software

The computer-side dispatch software mainly supports Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, MAC OS and other operating systems; handheld terminals support Symbian, Android, iPhone, Brew, WinCE, MTK, STM32 single-chip computer platforms.

PTT video dispatch: It is a multifunctional visual computer-side dispatch system based on the PTT system, with rich functions such as group call, single call, broadcast, view location, send information, send pictures, video call, video monitoring, video call, multimedia data query, track check, call record check, personnel patrol, etc., which can provide dispatchers with convenient and comprehensive dispatch command functions.

PTT Android dispatch: It is an Android visual dispatch system based on the PTT system, with public network intercom, video call, patrol sign-in, user single call, send information and pictures, monitor, view location and other functions, which can provide users with convenient and fast functional experience.

Networking Solution

With the steady development of network intercom, customers in many industries have gradually recognized the public network system, especially those with high requirements for information security, such as public security, railways, and energy companies, which have great demand for self-built. There are currently three self-built solutions based on customer needs.

Public server construction

The PTT cluster server is hosted by Bikoao in Alibaba Cloud and China Telecom computer rooms. The user end accesses the server through a wireless network connected to the Internet. This solution will be deployed in two computer rooms, and the database system adopts a load balancing distributed architecture. The characteristics are: improving the controllability and security of system disaster recovery, and simple implementation.

Semi-self-built mode

The semi-self-built model solution refers to setting up a server to store the customer's intercom, recording, and positioning data based on the customer's needs while using the company's existing management platform. Through the company's management platform, groups and user information are managed, and the cost is consistent with the company's price system. This solution has a general confidentiality level, is easy to build, and has low cost.

Standalone Deployment

The PTT cluster system database and PTT server are deployed independently, which means that the system software is completely independently built in the physical computer room designated by the customer, and the account (and usage time) is authorized by the dongle, which is suitable for customers with high confidentiality requirements. This solution has two charging modes: one is a one-time buyout payment; the other is an annual fee.

System functions

Intercom function

The intercom function is the most basic function of the PTT trunking system, including group call, single call, monitoring, broadcast, forced pull, remote kill, call ban, associated group, speech priority, SOS alarm and other usage methods. It can meet the user's daily communication needs and emergency command and dispatch communication needs.

GPS

The positioning function is mainly used to view the user's location and trajectory. It can also set up electronic fences, route markings, distance measurement, circle calls, and customize user icons.

Video Features

Video functions include video calls, video hands-free, video calls, video monitoring, video upload, video distribution, audio collection, picture upload, file upload, etc. The video call function supports one-to-one video calls, and video monitoring and video calls support 32 channels at the same time.

Patrol function

The patrol function is suitable for a variety of scenarios, such as attendance at work, fixed-point patrols, equipment maintenance, etc. The establishment of the electronic patrol system makes patrol security work more scientific and reasonable, and makes safety management more standardized, standardized, and institutionalized. The management personnel set up patrol routes, set up patrol points on the patrol routes, and schedule patrol personnel through the patrol management system, forming a defense network in the patrol area, further improving the patrol work efficiency, reducing the patrol personnel's work intensity, saving manpower, and forming a comprehensive, multi-level, and efficient patrol management system.

Data Communication

The user's recordings, positioning, videos, pictures, online records and other data can be saved on the server and queried through the dispatch software or management background. Users can also play recordings, videos and other records online. If the user needs to save them for a long time, the records can be downloaded to the local computer for storage, or the option of saving them to the local computer can be directly selected when using them.
